Abstract submission
You are cordially invited to submit abstracts for oral presentations at imtb2022@fkkt.uni-lj.si before 28th March 2022. The IMTB 2022 Scientific Committee will allocate the abstracts for oral, poster, or poster spotlight presentations based on scientific quality and industrial relevance.
Abstract submission deadline for poster presentations: 15th May 2022.
The registration fee payment deadline for including the abstract in the final program is 15th May 2022.
The best Poster Award will be given.
Presentation guidelines
Abstracts
A template for a two-page abstract is available here.
Plenary lectures
Plenary lectures will take place in 45 min time frame followed by 10 min discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.
Keynote lectures
Keynote presentations will take place in 25 min time frame followed by 5 min discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.
Oral presentations
Selected oral presentations will take place in 15 min time frame followed by 5 min discussion. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.
Poster spotlight presentations (Short oral)
Selected posters will be highlighted by 5 min oral presentations prepared in PowerPoint or other presentation tools. Presentation format 16:9 is recommended.
Posters
Poster dimensions: maximum width of 90 cm, maximum height 110 cm.
The double-sided self-adhesive tape will be available on site.
IMTB 2022 conference supporting journal: Micromachines
Conference participants will be invited to submit their papers for publication in the IMTB 2022 special issue of the open-access journal Micromachines. The deadline for manuscript submission is 30th September 2022.
The Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in this open-access journal is 1800 CHF (Swiss Francs). Please note that submission does not guarantee publication since all papers will be peer-reviewed in accordance with the editorial policy of the journal.
